Step 1: Register

  • Enter website address:
  • Click on the user icon to register.
  • Under “Register an account” section, enter your email ID and set your password. Remember the password as you will need it the next time you log in.
  • Select “I am a seller” option.
  • Enter you First Name, Last name, Contact No. and Shop Name i.e Name by which you want to sell.
  • Your shop name can be anything you want your buyers to see eg. Sandy BookShop, Resale Shop etc.
  • Read the terms and conditions and check “I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions.”
  • You will receive an account activation mail on your registered email id.
  • Click on the link to activate your Swiddly Seller account.
  • You will be directed to your Swiddly seller account set-up wizard.
  • Complete the Seller account set-up wizard. You may skip one of the sections if you don’t have the correct details and fill up later.

Step 2: Selection of the approprIate Seller Club to get the most of Swiddly offers and deals.

  • Click on User-Icon 
  • Go to Seller Dashboard and select Subscription.
  • Select an appropriate Club pack and Click “Buy Now” 
  • You will be directed to the checkout page. Select “Place Order”

Subscribing to these Clubs is free of cost and does not require you to enter your card details.

Step 3: Create your first Book listing for Sale

  • Once the registeration is successful. You will be redirected to your Dashboard page.
  • Your Dashboard gives you insight of your products and sales.
  • Select the products tab from the dashboard.
  • Click on < add new product > to start adding your products for selling.
  1. Enter the title for the product(book) 
  2. Enter its price and If you wish to sell your product on reduced price, enter the discounted rate. 
  3. If you wish to set discount for a specific time period. Click on schedule link to specify the sale start date and end date.
  4. Enter description, giving some information about the book. eg: This is Grade 8, 2nd Edition CBSE Chemistry book.The Book is in excellent condition
  5. Upload your product image by clicking on the left image area.
  6. Select the category of the book from the dropdown. Select the proper curriculum if you wish to add school book.
  7. Enter the product(book) tag from the autocomplete list. The tag can be Grade / Subject / Cover (Paperback or Hardcover ) of the book. Leave blank if not applicable.
  8. Select the Curriculum/Board and Grade from the dropdown for School books, Select “Not applicable” if the book is not a school book.
  9. Enter the subject, volume, ISBN, Author, and Publisher of the book.
  10. Select the condition of the book from the dropdown.
  11. Enter the weight of the books in grams. You can enter any rough estimate of the book weight.
  12. Click on “Create Product” to complete the process.

Step 4 : Swiddly Approves

  • Within 24 hours the product will be approved and your product will be visible to buyers
